Project Manager

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of initiatives across departments within a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This role is critical in driving projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets. The successful candidate will coordinate with diverse teams to maintain momentum, resolve issues, and produce high-quality outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support strategic initiatives by contributing to planning, implementation, and review processes.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely, efficient, and effective execution.
• Establish and uphold standards related to performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by taking ownership of projects and identifying opportunities to optimize processes.
• Assist with budgeting activities, track expenditures, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant project management or operations experience.
• Background in finance or related industries
• Must be able to respond to urgent or last-minute needs as they arise.
