POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and implement Lean initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role will be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards to support a culture of continuous improvement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and standardize best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvements.
• Maintain and enhance ISO compliance and documentation.
• Train and mentor employees on Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support audits and ensure readiness for ISO and other regulatory inspections.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean, or operational excellence roles.
• Proven experience with Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
