Seeking Senior Level Real Estate/Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney for Entrepreneurial and Growing Law Firm in Miami

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit?

Our ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of legal experience (after law school) and will work on real estate and corporate transactional matters. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

We are looking for candidates that have experience in providing legal counsel to clients on mergers, acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, tax planning and strategies, securities offerings, corporate law, complex commercial real estate transactions such as purchases, development, operations, financing, leasing, and disposition, and commercial law. Having experience representing U.S. clients doing business abroad or non-U.S. clients doing business in the U.S. is very helpful.

This individual will help build client relationships and provide a tailored customer experience for clients.

Applicant requirements:

• 5-7 years of legal experience with complex transactional corporate and real estate matters within a law firm environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Commitment to client service
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Great attention to detail
• Sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and work as a team player under the pressure of deadlines and client needs
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• A sense of humor
• Member of The Florida Bar
• Member of the New York Bar a plus
