**Job Title:** Dental Assistant**Job Type:** Full-time**Location:** Chatfield Dental Care LLC**Salary Range:** $20-$35 per hour based on license and experience **Job Overview:**Chatfield Dental Care is a new dental clinic in Chatfield, MN that opened it's doors in August 2024. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support our team of dental professionals in delivering top-notch services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our practice.**Responsibilities:**- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies- Maintain accurate patient records- Perform office management tasks as needed**Requirements:**- Licensed Dental Assistant certification (preferred)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization methods- CPR certification preferred**Benefits will include: PTO, paid holidays, dental benefits, 401k with matching.
