ImageFIRST is a rapidly growing private equity held, healthcare laundry services business, evolving itself into a top of class, organization with a strong cultural footprint, a focus on continuous improvement and recognition of the need for new levels of discipline and execution, across the company. We are seeking an experienced, high impact Director of FP&A and Financial Modeling to join our senior-level HR team in Elsmford, NY.

This position is located in Elmsford, NY with regular travel to King of Prussia, PA during the first several months.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Director of FP&A and Financial Modeling will be:

• Responsible for all monthly reporting of financials (actuals, v plan and v Pr Yr) to leadership and Calera
• Responsible for quarterly reporting to Board and ad hoc/miscellaneous reporting responsible for top-down three statement model (run sensitivity and what-if analyses)
• Responsible for annual operating plan and developing monthly process for reporting results of forecast
• Active role on exit readiness projects led by VP-Data Analytics, including coordinating efforts directly with Calera
• Responsible for related systems that support reporting (Oracle EPM, etc.)
• Responsible for developing more effective, forward-looking reports and analyses of KPIs currently measured throughout the Company
• Reporting to SVP of FP&A

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
• Advanced financial statement modeling
• Advanced experience working with Oracle EPM or similar platforms
• Effective leadership, mentoring and communication skills
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related field
• PE experience of 2+ years
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
• Solid mathematical aptitude
• Strong and effective project management skills
• Ability to conduct User Acceptance testing and build hierarchies within EPM
