Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven E-Commerce Strategy & Implementation Manager to join our team. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across our e-commerce channels, including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and (ideally) Walmart. The ideal candidate will serve as both a project manager and data analyst, taking ownership of platform performance and leading initiatives to improve conversion rates, traffic quality, and operational efficiency.

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives to optimize performance across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart (bonus).
• Analyze daily sales, traffic, and conversion metrics for all platforms to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute A/B tests, pricing strategies, and merchandising optimizations.
• Stay current on e-commerce trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure best-in-class execution.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in marketing, operations, and product development to align strategies and priorities.
• Create dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Own the project management process for e-commerce-related improvements—from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with Listings, Research and development, and Marketing teams.

• 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Experience with Walmart Marketplace is a plus.
• Proven track record in data analysis, forecasting, and performance optimization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and drive execution.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable navigating the backend of e-commerce platforms and using various third-party tools and plug-ins.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
