Job Overview A leading global investment firm managing a diverse portfolio of alternative asset classes is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to support development initiatives. The role involves working closely with the Global Head of Employee Relations to shape strategy, develop SOPs, and drive ER transformation by designing processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine employee relations strategies aligned with legal requirements. Design ER operating models, including governance, escalation protocols, workflows, and reporting structures. Create phased roadmaps for ER services, tools, and communication plans. Implement policies, procedures, and templates for investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Collaborate with Legal, HR, People Operations, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistency. Conduct gap analyses of current ER practices and recommend improvements. Provide industry best practice guidance and support ER training and enablement materials. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Capital, or Employment Law, with a proven track record in building or implementing ER functions. Strong project management skills and experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Deep knowledge of employment law, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in employee relations is preferred.
