Our client at LHH is looking for an Estimator to join their growing team,

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of cost estimation processes. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Salary Range - $80,000 - $90,000k

Medical, dental and vison

Base salary + Quarterly Bonus + End of the Year Bonus.
