We’re currently seeking an experienced and strategic Freelance Lead Producer with expertise in creative production and cross-functional project management. This opportunity is freelance for seven months and will be onsite (4 days a week) in our client's West Los Angeles, CA office. We are currently considering Los Angeles, CA residents only.

Your Expertise:

• 7+ years of experience managing creative and digital projects in advertising, marketing, or production environments.
• Strong client and vendor management experience with the ability to navigate complex workflows and fast-changing priorities.
• Experience managing cross-functional creative teams and large-scale deliverables for top-tier clients.
• Familiarity with AR, video production, design, 3D workflows, and influencer/creator content is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Keynote, and Monday.com (or similar project management platforms).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to manage approvals and clearly articulate ideas and feedback.
• A strategic, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems and improve workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact across multiple concurrent creative projects, including AR experiences, videos, sizzle reels, and digital assets.
• Lead the full production lifecycle—from kickoff through delivery—ensuring all work meets quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams, clients, and vendors; manage questions, approvals, and production updates.
• Establish clear project plans, manage timelines, and track key milestones to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and resolve creative and logistical challenges; provide proactive solutions that maintain momentum and creative vision.
• Secure final client approvals and manage delivery of final assets.
• Recommend and implement improvements to production processes to increase efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and guardian of creative integrity across all deliverables.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in project management or production roles within creative, digital, or marketing teams or agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience working with external brands, vendors, and internal creative teams.
• Working knowledge of AR and video production trends, social media platforms, and creator/influencer content.
• Proficiency in project documentation, workflow management, and production scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing to work five days onsite in our client's West Los Angeles, CA office.
