TalentFund has partnered with a growing Manufacturing company located in the Kansas City, Missouri area to find a Front Desk Receptionist for their team. Our client offers a collaborative work environment, with performance based bonus eligibility, paid bi-weekly, full benefits, and PTO.
We are seeking an individual to assist with answering incoming company phone calls and greeting office visitors. In addition, this person will provide administrative support to the office staff and handle various other special projects. Performing order entry, and backup Accounts Receivable on daily check entry and credit memo entry.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a Customer Service, Front Desk Administrative role, or other related field
-Strong computer skills required specifically with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and experience working with ERP Systems strongly preferred
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
