Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients and our team to understand their branding and marketing goals and develop creative design solutions that align with their objectives
- Create visual concepts and designs for various projects including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website designs
- Utilize industry-standard design software to create high-quality and professional designs
- Collaborate with our copywriters and marketing team to ensure that designs effectively communicate the desired message
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into final designs
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve and evolve our design capabilities
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
