Job Description

Overview:

Responsibilities: People Systems Analyst (HRIS Analyst) Supports Human Resources operations by identifying, planning, developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and securing HR related systems. Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations. Defines system requirements and works with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies system requirements by meeting with stakeholders, analyzing processes and operations, clarifying solution objectives, establishing specifications.
  • Develops solutions by identifying and evaluating solution options, studies and leverages related system requirements.
  • Designs integrated models, writes documentation, prepares training and user guides and delivers user training.
  • Prepares project estimates by completing cost benefits analysis, identifying time, people, equipment, timelines and milestones.
  • Assists with developing test cases, completes admin testing and oversees system go-lives
  • Maintains HR system by manages data integrity, identifying researching and analyzing problems. Implements improvements and update training manuals user guides.
  • Maintains tables, codes, and security profiles and researches discrepancies
  • Designs reports as requests
  • Protects the organization by keeping information confidential and minimizes data breeches
  • Improves job knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to the organizations success by welcoming new requests and helping others accomplish job results

Competencies:

  • Strong Microsoft office applications; emphasis on excel and advanced use of formulas
  • Experience configuring HRIS platform.
  • Extensive configuration and user support experience
  • Project Management skills
  • Functional knowledge of HR processes including, compensation, performance management, benefits, recruiting, and payroll.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Experience gathering requirements for solution design
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years HRIS business analysis experience
