We're Hiring: HR Manager | Multi-Site DME Organization | Make an Impact at Blackburn's

Are you a strategic HR leader ready to elevate the employee experience, shape workplace culture, and build high-performing teams? Blackburn's is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement across our growing multi-site Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company.

What You'll Do

Own full-cycle talent acquisition: from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
Lead HR operations-including benefits, compliance, performance management, and policy administration.
Partner with leadership to deliver strategic initiatives in engagement, development, and retention.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, manage training programs, and help build a best-in-class workplace.
Be the go-to resource for managers, employees, and new hires across all locations

Additional Details

Location: Corporate - Tarentum, PA - Multi-site coverage with 10-15% travel
Type: Full-time, Exempt (on-site)
Reports to: Vice President of Human Resources

A seasoned HR professional with 5+ years management experience in recruitment and generalist HR functions (healthcare or DME experience a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SPHR, PHR and/or SHRM certification preferred).
A people-first leader who's proactive, organized, and great with communication.
Strong working knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), employment law, and best practices.
A collaborative partner who brings fresh ideas and drives positive culture change
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
