  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and professionalism in all legal matters.
  • Travel nationwide as required for court hearings, client meetings, and case-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Membership in the Washington (WA), Florida (FL), or Illinois (IL) state bars is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a strong emphasis on immigration litigation.
  • Proven experience representing clients in immigration courts and administrative proceedings.
  • Criminal defense experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and client-focused service.
  • Experience handling immigration applications including but not limited to T/U visas, VAWA, AOS, naturalization, PIP, waivers, and related immigration relief.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal information clearly and effectively.
