Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Future Leadership Role | Full-Time

Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to take the next step in your career? A LARGE ESTABLISHED insurance agency is seeking a driven Insurance Account Representative who’s not just looking for a job.

We’re looking for a State Farm preferred experienced Insurance Account Representative who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and is ready to lead by example. If you’re ambitious, customer-focused, and want the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across personal and commercial lines
• Drive insurance sales and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with and support the current team
• Help build a positive and productive work culture

What We’re Looking For:

• P&C License required
• Life & Health License required
• Strong experience in both personal and commercial lines of insurance
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Office Suite and web-based applications
• Background in customer service and relationship management
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Desire to grow professionally
• Familiarity with State Farm systems (preferred but not required)
