The Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position offers an opportunity for mental health professionals to run a private practice with support from Headway. Clinicians can conduct therapy sessions, manage medication, and benefit from insurance credentialing and patient referrals. This flexible role allows for remote work and customizable patient schedules, enabling clinicians to grow their practices efficiently.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
