Position Summary & Highlights:
We are seeking a Sterile Processing Technician Lead who provides leadership to non-certified and certified technicians in planning, coordination and prioritization.
This position is Full time 10-hour shift (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday.
What you will do:
Our ideal candidate will perform all essential functions of a Sterile Processing Technician. Provides training and education to staff and carries out special assignments essential to department service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Maintains CRCST or CSPDT certification.
Two years' experience in Sterile Processing.
Leadership skills demonstrated to management.
Creates and fosters a cooperative teamwork environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Use of basic office equipment.
