Job Description

Assitant Office Manager Position.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone, transfering calls and taking messages.
  • Invoicing (Quickbooks Experience)
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Email management and order processing.
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Quickbooks Experience or Invoicing Experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

FULL TIME $20.00-$25.00 Subjenct to experience.
