RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain glossaries, style guides, and cultural assets across multiple regions using our proprietary tools. Gather input from stakeholders to define quality standards and collaborate with the Localization QA team when those standards are not achieved. Work closely with cross-functional teams across various time zones to ensure alignment. Provide insights beyond issue reporting, tracking solutions through to resolution. Collect feedback and identify potential language and cultural sensitivity challenges, advising stakeholders proactively. Identify and implement workflow optimizations, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency. Promote best practices in globalization, internationalization, and localization. Document processes and updates related to localization projects. Verify accuracy of reference materials and assist in validation processes as required. Ensure the accuracy of records and documentation. Assist in evaluating language needs for the UI Localization labs. Manage daily and long-term project coverage and proactively seek solutions. Utilize an agile project management tool to create and manage tasks effectively. Participate in and co-host internal team meetings to foster collaboration. Oversee the review process and assist in data treatment. Anticipate training needs for tools and create new tasks for vendor support. Manage and resolve bugs, ensuring communication flows smoothly.
