H S Diploma or GED required | 2–3 years of recruiting experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
Finding and attracting top talent
Conducting interviews like a pro
Keeping things organized and moving fast
Partnering with hiring managers to make great hires
Using tools and systems to keep things running smoothly
You Bring:
2–3 years of recruiting experience (staffing agency or in-house)
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfort with fast-paced environments
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
A high school diploma or GED (required!)
