Location: Dallas, Atlanta, Portland, Seattle, Florida Panhandle or Chicago- (Remote for the Right Candidate)

Employment Type: Long Term Contract

Pay Range: $50/Hr- $60/Hr

Job Description:

Seeking a results-driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale fiber optic network builds. This role requires expert-level program leadership, accountability for delivery, and coordination across cross-functional teams, including external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own all technical aspects of network deployment projects from planning through execution.
• Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery of all project phases.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate project status, risks, and strategic updates to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through process development and data analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven success managing large-scale fiber optic deployment projects.
• Strong background in technical project management, business analytics, and data management.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: $50/Hr- $60/Hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
