What will I be doing?

As a Senior Marketing Manager, this position requires regular interaction with the hotel’s General Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, and Director of Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with high-level branding & positioning for the hotel, including working with external agencies.
  • Manage key community-driven experiences and partner with other hotel departments to create and promote special menus, activations, and room packages.
  • Support B2B sales and catering marketing initiatives by creating engaging collateral and strategies to communicate the hotel’s benefits.
  • Engage with market and industry trends to guide hotel marketing strategies and stay updated on local and regional trends for fine dining to elevate the SER Steak + Spirits brand.
  • Assist in creating and developing creative assets.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and paid media strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure revenue generation meeting benchmark ROAS.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Create monthly performance reports and lead campaign meetings for hotel ownership and regional leadership.

SUPPORTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in special projects, task forces, committees, and industry events.
  • Maintain alignment with corporate teams, including Regional Leaders, Hotel Marketing, and eCommerce teams.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to define hotel goals, strategies, and brand standards within larger enterprise initiatives.
