Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial requisition to offer extension.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and fill open positions.
- Post job openings on appropriate platforms, optimizing for applicant flow and cost-effectiveness.
- Source candidates through various channels, including internet job boards.
- Conduct thorough interviews with applicants and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Develop and implement new sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to candidates.
- Perform compensation analysis and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
