Job Description

Concert Golf Partners is a boutique owner-operator of private golf and country clubs across the United States. We provide long-term, debt-free capital and professional management expertise to enhance the club experience while preserving the unique legacy of each property. As our organization grows, we are seeking highly skilled contractors who are motivated to make an immediate and meaningful impact on our financial planning, analysis, and decision support capabilities.

Position Summary (Hybrid Role):

We are seeking a results-driven FP&A Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in investment banking, transaction services, or corporate finance who are excited to support a fast-growing hospitality platform with deep analytical rigor and business partnership.

You will work closely with our Director of FP&A and senior leadership to build financial models, analyze performance across our growing portfolio of private clubs, and support key strategic initiatives. Your insights will shape decisions across operations, investments, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, scenario analysis, and forecasting across departments and properties.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with functional teams (Operations, Membership, HR, Marketing) to develop and monitor budgets and track KPIs.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with actionable commentary for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze actual performance vs. forecast to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strategic Projects: Support corporate and club-level initiatives such as investment planning, pricing strategy, resource planning, and board material preparation.
  • Process Improvement: Help streamline FP&A workflows by improving tools, processes, and financial infrastructure as we scale.
  • Cross-Functional Planning: Work closely with Accounting, Data, and Club Operations to ensure data accuracy and alignment across functions.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis : Support evolving business needs by conducting targeted, data-driven analyses that surface new insights, inform decisions, and unlock value across teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, including 2–3+ years in investment banking, transaction advisory, or similar roles, plus corporate FP&A or strategic finance exposure.
  • Expert in Excel modeling techniques, with hands-on experience developing comprehensive three-statement financial models utilizing dynamic formulas, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights and recommend actions from complex data.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to distill data into a compelling narrative for finance and non-finance stakeholders alike.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-site businesses.
  • Experience supporting multi-entity businesses (e.g., hospitality, retail, club management) with complex departmental structures. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Excel, and cloud-based reporting workflows.
  • Comfort working in a PE-backed environment with evolving systems and processes.

What We Offer:

  • A high-impact opportunity that supports mission-critical financial strategy and decision-making.
  • Exposure to senior executives and the opportunity to shape the FP&A function during a dynamic growth phase.
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture committed to excellence, data-driven thinking, and results.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
