We are seeking a motivated and experienced Staffing Recruiter with a strong background in light industrial and clerical placements to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of staffing operations. Experience with Avionté or similar applicant tracking systems is highly preferred.

This role requires a hands-on, proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting quality candidates with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical roles across various client accounts.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit.

  • Utilize ATS (preferably Avionté) to manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and compliance documentation.

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

  • Conduct onboarding, background checks, and employment verifications as needed.

  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly placement goals and KPIs.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and local hiring conditions.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

  • Provide ongoing support to placed employees, including resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or high-volume environment.

  • Proven success recruiting for light industrial and clerical roles.

  • Experience with Avionté or a comparable applicant tracking system strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and compliance procedures.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
