Our client, a popular Latin American Company in the Financial Sector , is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join their team, fully onsite , in Miami, FL . As a Travel Coordinator, you will be part of a small dynamic team in the travel management department supporting employees in their business travel needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, demonstrate a strong understanding of a GDS booking system (Sabre or Amadeus), a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Travel Coordinator

Location: Miami, Florida 33131

Pay Range: $35/HR + Benefits

On-going Contract Opportunity, Potential to Hire on Full-Time

Job Functions:

• Create employee travel profiles inclusive of essential details such as name, DOB, IDs, and preferences.
• Work directly with employees to facilitate quotation and booking of all business travel while providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate quotation and booking of travel with external travel agencies including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• Research and quote travel options via Concur Solutions and perform price comparisons for international flights.
• Manage travel visa procurement including preparation of documentation and coordination with visa expeditor services.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience booking business travel, working for or with travel agencies (domestic, international, multi-stop, group travel, hotels, car services, temporary housing, full family international relocations, etc.)
• Experience using a GDS Booking System (Sabre or Amadeus)
• Portuguese fluency is strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail demonstrated working in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service oriented with a proactive approach.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills.
