Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Assignment Type: 13-week Contract
Schedule: Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week
Compensation:

• Weekly Stipend: $3,070 (inclusive of housing and meals)
• Travel Allowance: $500 (one-time)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care.

Cath Lab RN Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all procedures performed in the cath lab including diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Monitor and document patient vitals before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer medications and manage moderate sedation as per protocol.
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and ensure all equipment is sterilized and functioning.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologic technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-procedural patient education and support.

Cath Lab Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Hawaii (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum 2 years of recent cath lab RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
