Job Description: Onsite Service Delivery & Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to provide onsite service delivery, project management, and client relationship management for a key client. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead and execute IT projects including:
• Service installations and replacements
• Network upgrades and migrations
• New site/branch deployments

Service Delivery

• Provide responsive technical support:
• Answer phone calls, emails, and voicemails
• Create, manage, and resolve service tickets
• Document detailed ticket resolutions and actions taken

Maintenance & Operations

• Perform scheduled quarterly and annual maintenance:
• Backup and restore testing
• Ticket cleanup and review
• Execute technical updates and scans:
• LAN scans
• VMware updates
• Firewall updates

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through:
• Regular client meetings and check-ins
• Onsite availability and proactive engagement
• Escalation of concerns or service risks to internal management as needed

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination or project management experience
• Hands-on technical skills across networking, VMware, firewalls, and backup systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and onsite at client locations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
