Medical Assistant Scribe Location: Olean General Hospital Location of Job : US:NY:Olean Work Type : Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description The Medical Assistant-Scribe, under the direction of a physician, performs a wide variety of duties related to patient care in the practice. The scribe will document interactions between the patient and the healthcare provider. Accompanying the provider during patient visits. Entering data into the medical record. Working in both NY and PA practices. Education And Credentials Completion of an approved Medical Assisting Program preferred. Pass a Current Medical Assistant course or CNA course (Certification not required). BLS certification or obtained within 90-days. Experience One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a medical office setting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently.
